Terms of service

1. The service

Quickloom provides productized website design and development. You select a fixed package, pay a one-time fee, submit a brief with your business information and content, and receive a professionally built website preview within 24 hours of your completed brief submission.

2. Scope

Each package defines an exact scope: the number of pages, sections, revisions and integrations included. Work beyond the purchased scope requires the corresponding add-on. We do not perform work outside the defined scope.

3. The 24-hour delivery promise

The 24-hour window applies to your first complete website preview and begins when you submit your completed brief — not at the time of payment. Going live additionally depends on your review, approval and domain configuration.

4. Revisions

Every package includes one consolidated revision: a single round in which you submit all requested changes together after reviewing your preview. Additional revision rounds can be purchased. Revisions must remain within the original package scope.

5. Your content and responsibilities

• You confirm you own or are licensed to use all content and assets you upload.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, claims and legal text you supply.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material.

6. Domain and hosting

Packages include a standard available domain valued up to $20 and hosting for the first 12 months. After that, renewal is optional at the price stated on your package and is charged as a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically. If a renewal is not completed by the end of the grace period, the website and domain may expire.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop as one-time charges. Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the delivered website content and design created for you. We may retain and reuse generic, non-identifying components, techniques and know-how.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, rankings or conversion increases. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
