Privacy policy

1. What we collect

• Order information: your name, email, selected package and add-ons.
• Brief information: the business details, content and preferences you submit in the onboarding form.
• Uploaded assets: logos, photographs and documents you provide for your website.
• Payment metadata: payment identifiers and amounts from our payment processor (Whop). We never see or store your card details.
• Attribution data: UTM parameters and referrer information when you arrive from an advertisement or link.

2. How we use it

• To build, deliver and support your website.
• To process payments and send transactional emails (order confirmations, previews, renewal reminders).
• To improve our packages and service quality.

We use AI assistance (OpenAI) to transform your submitted brief into internal production instructions. Your brief content is shared with that provider solely for this purpose.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) with row-level security and encrypted connections. Uploaded files are private and accessible only through short-lived signed URLs. Access to your order is isolated to you and to service administrators.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to operate the service: Whop (payments), Supabase (data and file storage), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and OpenAI (brief processing). We never sell your data.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed for support, renewals and legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
